We were able to present two new articles about digitisation at the WI2020.
On the one hand, we examined the holiday administration in more detail. The findings show how strong the decentralized administration is. In addition, the study shows what a possible digitization looks like. It could also be confirmed that there is a shift of the implementation phases to IT. This means that we are building on earlier studies.
